I don't believe in a "One Size Fits All" approach for health and wellness, so I continue to challenge myself to learn and understand diverse movement modalities.
I pull from these diverse movement studies to create classes that are fun and innovative.

I was born in New York City and received my initial dance training at the Alvin Ailey American Dance School. I then went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance and Choreography from Rutgers University. I have worked as a professional dancer, choreographer and movement teacher in the USA, South America and Europe. I moved to Bern, Switzerland, in 2007, where I still live with my two children.
My movement classes range from Pilates and Barre to ballet and contemporary dance, as well as breath and release work and deep stretching. If it exists, I have studied it. I love intense work that leaves you feeling strong and energised. Above all, though, I aim to bring a little joy and laughter to your day and light to your heart, leaving you with a smile and a sense of peace.
My approach to Pilates is contemporary, focusing on finding a balance between strength and flexibility by integrating my experiences with dance and yoga. My aim is to help you achieve an improved overall sense of wellness that you can carry with you from the Pilates studio into everyday life. I offer personalised Pilates sessions tailored to the needs and goals of each individual.
