I don't believe in a "One Size Fits All" approach for health and wellness, so I continue to challenge myself to learn and understand diverse movement modalities.
I pull from these diverse movement studies to create classes that are fun and innovative.
My movement classes range from Pilates to Barre, from Ballet and Contemporary Dance, to breath and release work and deep stretching... If it's out there I have studied it. I love intense work that leaves you feeling strong and energised. But most of all I look to bring a little joy and laughter to your day, light to your heart, and leave you with a smile of peace.

Born in New York City, I gained my primary dance training at Alvin Ailey American Dance School and went on to receive a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Dance and Choreography from Rutgers University. I have worked as a professional performer, choreographer and movement teacher throughout the USA , South America and Europe. I moved to Bern, Switzerland in 2007 and continue to live here with my 2 children.
I have a contemporary approach to Pilates, focused on finding a balance between strength and flexibility by integrating my experiences with dance and yoga. I hope to assist in an improved overall sense of wellness that can be carried from the Pilates studio into everyday life.
I offer a personalized Pilates experience based on the needs and goals of the individual.
I believe it is important to build a solid foundation in movement dance technique in order to explore the limits of that technique and push beyond its borders. Whether in Ballet or contemporary class, you will experience a fusion of styles and techniques. Finding stability and strength, while playing with fluidity and breath. Most of all, it's about moving and having fun!
