With mindful movement, you are allowed time and space to reconnect to your body and find out what is needed in order to feel your best. It helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit. In a group setting, you work to dynamically achieve your fitness goals.
As a private well being coach, we work together to reach your goals (with out without movement) and address any surrounding lifestyle issues that may be present.
